INTRODUCTION
Hello Launcher aka HMCL PE is an android app that let's you play Minecraft Java on your mobile device (Phone and Tablet). This app works by making a Java emulator which has Minecraft imported on it, depending on your device you can get PC performance this app is a great way to play Minecraft Java if you don't have a computer but is also useful to "play on the fly"*. This app works with Minecraft Java's servers so you can play on any server on you mobile device. Hello Launcher also let's you import mods so any mod will work including some shaders​. This app is similar to PojavLauncher but it has one difference, there is offline play, if you don't own a Minecraft Java account you can play Minecraft anyways, this is useful for Survival - Creative and for people that wants to try out this new Minecraft, it is also useful for Minecraft Memes / Shorts because these are recorded in survival games.
